Salads Poached Pear Salad - Sangria-poached pear on top of arugula salad with pickled red onions, feta, and toasted pecans, in an orange citrus vinaigrette. Appetizers St. Louise-style BBQ Ribs - Tender baby back ribs smothered in Nickolai’s smoked BBQ sauce and topped with pineapple salsa. Entrees All entrees served with side salad and dinner roll. Smoked Salmon Pasta - Linguine tossed in a roasted tomato-cream sauce with smoked salmon, red onion, basil, asparagus, roasted red peppers, and feta cheese. Pork x 2 - A grilled, stuffed pork chop with spicy chorizo glazed with a bourbon-maple sauce, and served with green beans and mashed potatoes. Sirloin Steak with Cherry Gastrique - 8-ounce sirloin steak grilled with a cherry gastrique, and served with a blue cheese potato croquet and green beans.
